The reason I'm with Providence because I always get good care. Heidi was incredible, kind, listened and very helpful. I really enjoy being with Providence. They take care of my needs. The office is clean. The reception is very kind. I really appreciate doing these surveys.Or else I wouldn't do it

I was very happy with the way Heidi handled this visit. She asked a lot of questions, and she listened to my answers along with my concerns. She ordered blood tests, and after I received the results, she sent me an email to say that she was very pleased with those results. I'm very happy to have her as my primary physician.

Heidi was very nice, concerned, and got me the additional diagnostic procedures at hospital the same day I saw her.

The PA was thorough, was not rushed took the time to answer all my questions. In the past I have been disappointed with the lack of communication and quick dismissal with my doctor, this time I felt I had the time to voice my concerns. I commend PA Heidi S. For the great patient care.

First visit with this doctor and appreciated being able to get an appointment for a very bad cold and cough on the same day. I had tried to wait but was no longer feeling that I was going to get better on my own and wanted to see a doctor.

I've visited several dr and specialist. The only one I felt that rushed me out of there was the obgyn. Every one else has been a pleasure. I feel the dr there genuinely care about their patients. And all other staff, nurses, receptionist and other staff are professional and friendly.

She doesn't show any empathy or care for her patients. Her bedside manner is the worst I've ever seen.

I liked that she got me all the tests needed right away. I didn't like that she insisted I had a condition that I have had before and I know I didn't have it. But I do understand she is covering all the basis.

Heidi is genuinely caring and takes her time to provide you with explanations and the information needed re: prescriptions. I appreciate that she saw me right away and there wasn't a long waiting period to see her as I needed care right away.

This was for my 5 year paps smear. I was made to as comfortable as one could be during this appointment and why it was scheduled with a women in the first place.

The provider seemed very friendly but also seemed to be in a rush, and completely unfamiliar with my medical records or insurance. She literally had one hand on the door handle repeatedly throughout my visit and I felt as though I had no time to ask questions.

Heidi is not my PC, but she did an excellent job figuring out the problem and offering suggestions on how to take care of it.

All my experiences have been excellent. Heidi and her staff do an excellent job of taking care of all my medical concerns.
