Usually, I do not wait that long when I got in, but sometimes I have to wait longer than expected. I feel a little bit uncomfortable with it. Specially I do not have enough time to stay. Because I have something to do after that. Good experience is that Dr.Finely and his staff are very kind always.

Some doctors forget the "care" part and don't HEAR your concerns at times, during a doctors visit, I just wanted to be out of there as fast as I felt they wanted me out. The staff was very courteous and has great customer service skill. The Doctor was very polite and showed that he cared about me as a patient.

Sometimes the waiting time is longer than usual. When get in the room, Dr.comes to see me a short period but after I have to wait a little longer while a nurse comes to do something to me. Except for the waiting time, both the doctor and the staff are very kind. I'm satisfied.Thank you!
