Nothing bad to say! The front office clerk and MA were very friendly and courteous and I felt very comfortable and welcomed. The provider was very kind and knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable being in her care.

Dr. Santos is an extremely efficient, and caring physician. I am 88 years old,, and I would read her at the highest level that I've ever seen.

Dr Santos has a kind and professional manor. She listens without rushing and gives comprehensive feedback. It is clear her nurses have a timely, ongoing dialogue regarding appointment and treatment and tag team efficiently. They too are friendly and maintain the level of professionalism Dr Santos models while simultaneously exhibiting a personal touch that feels genuine and heartfelt. Most importantly though, I feel my care is both quality and reliable.

Dr Santos is very knowledgeable and kind. I came to see her due to back pain that seems to not be going away. She listened to my complaint and offered suggestions and some meds. She also explained if the meds didn't help with the pain there were further measures we could take. I left the appointment feeling listened to regarding my concerns and we have a plan going forward.

Good medical service

This was a new patient visit. My previous PCP retired. I am very happy with choice I made to have Dr. Santos as my new PCP and appreciate her having an in-person appointment available. The other PCPs In at the Yorba Linda practice had only virtual visits for a new patient. Dr. Santos' listening skills are quite acute. There were things I mentioned casually about lifestyle that were in my visit summary. I will see her again for a Well Visit in December. Thank you.

DR Santos understood my health concern and ordered appropriate tests. I am thankful for her expertise. Although my pain had subsided significantly prior to my visit I intentionally kept the appointment with the expectation of getting tests to identify the cause of the pain. Dr Santos ordered all appropriate tests. Thank you.
