About Emily E. Miller

Originally from Missoula, Emily earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Dakota before returning home to begin her nursing career at St. Patrick Hospital on the 4N unit. As a registered nurse, she cared for patients recovering from a wide range of cardiac and respiratory illnesses and surgeries. Driven by a passion for medicine and patient care, Emily pursued advanced training and obtained her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Gonzaga University. She was pleased to join the Cardiothoracic Surgery team at the Providence Heart Institute, where she continues to care for the same patient population she served as a registered nurse. Currently, Emily works collaboratively with surgeons and physician assistants to provide comprehensive care for patients undergoing cardiac and thoracic surgeries. She is committed to delivering patient-centered, holistic care and strives to support each patient throughout their treatment and recovery.
