My experience was better than expected. Very pleased with my latest medical experience.

I needed to wait for 2 mos. To be seen about a mental health topic. It was 'a push' to go that long. Really like MDs approach and action plans. Good team In general. I refer folks here often. Wish they had a full lab, and after hrs. Phone line, as the waiting can be very long to connect.

I was in crisis and she was very caring and reassuring.

Dr. Debra and her medical assistant were caring, attentive, and professional as always. I am so thankful for the care I receive here.

When meeting with Dr Debrah, she is easy to talk to, explains things ina manner which is easy for the non medical person to understand. She is very patient.

She does care about me as a person and my health.

Dr. Debrah took the time to listen to me and explained medical issues clearly.

My provider was prompt in making sure I had the proper care and appointment right away and received medication to help me heal as well as a referral for a follow up with the correct provider in the future.

Dr. Debrah listened well to my concerns and gave well thought out answers and a plan for decision-making. I appreciated her feedback ad am working with her on solutions

I am so grateful for the incredible care I received at Providence Progress Ridge. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and treated with patience, kindness and compassion. The front desk folks are always stellar, they are so cheerful yet calming, I don't know how they do it. My nurse immediately noticed my anxiety and treated me like a friend, not a problem patient. My doctor was phenomenal, she was the most patient, empathetic person, and her communication skills were amazing. I got my IUD out and a new one put in, and that HURTS. She was so careful and caring, giving me breaks when I needed them, distracting me with conversation when I asked, and keeping me informed (but only when I wanted to know). She Is an amazing healthcare provider and this location is very lucky to have her. The absolute angel of a nurse brought me heating packs almost instantly when we asked for them, and was so caring when she checked on me after the procedure. I can't say I enjoyed the visit, because OUCH, but, I can say that the women at Providence Progress Ridge are amazing and I appreciate them very, very much. Thank you all for helping me have the best experience possible.

Dr Debra is always so very attentive , listens and we have great conversations. She is so kind, encouraging and knowledgeable. I've not had any bad experiences with her at all.

Doctor Debrah and team - I am very grateful for the medical care and diagnosis and needed advice that saved my life.

Love the Progress Ridge clinic and my care team. Appointments can be far out, but that isn't the provider's fault. My virtual appt was outside normal hours and I think that is my provider's attempt to get to people timely, which I think shows commitment. I'm very sad the PT is leaving this location.

Had to wait weeks to get in to office. Unfortunately that seems to be normal practice now days. I have to say Dr. Deborah was worth the wait. She was GREAT! Thank you.

Dr. Debrah was very helpful in ordering an XRay and MRI which was needed and I appreciate her making that happen for me.

Always a great experience. Front-office and MA staff are terrific. Dr. Debra is an amazing physician and I consider myself grateful to be a patient of theirs.

Dr Deborah goes above and beyond getting me the answers and help I need

The nurse is always very friendly, kind and helpful. The receptionist is also very kind and professional. Most visits with my doctor are very thorough, with all of my questions and concerns addressed. This visit however, felt rushed. Her bedside manner was not as kind and friendly as it has been in the past.

Dr. Deborah is the best primary care physician I have had. She understands the issues that I face and excels at communicating my treatment plan. I cannot say enough about Dr. Deborah, I am so pleased that she is my primary care. My first visit I had a number of issues. Over the past year she has strategically addressed each one. I am now in such a better place, much healthier and much happier.

She takes the time with me required. She listens attentively .

It is super helpful that she remains so up to date in her knowledge base. She is honest, and I truly value my experiences with her. I have recommended her to family members, which is the highest value I can give her, my family is everything to me. I am immensely grateful to her heading up my care team.

My experience was excellent

I was quite nervous about my appointment and the procedure I was having done. Dr. Debrah is an excellent listener and a skilled physician. The procedure was much quicker and less painful than I expected, and I am so grateful for that!

Dr. Deborah is wonderful! She is genuine, kind detailed and thorough. Im a new patient with her and thrilled to have her. She was prepared, reviewed my history and showed genuine interest in me as a person. She's fabulous!

My provider was great I really liked her and the care and information she gives. However I called in late January/ early February to schedule an appointment and couldn't be seen until early May. That I feel is a big problem.

Dr. Deborah was very knowledgeable and if she didn't have the expertise, she referred me to specialists. She was proactive in searching for answers for my questions and conditions.

Dr Debrah took extra time with me & was very patient in answering my questions she helped alleviate my underlying anxiety. I waited 7 months to see her,(no fault of hers) I was a new patient But it as worth the wait.

Dr. Deborah is the best physician I've ever had. She always takes the time to understand my Issue, she listed carefully. Dr Deborah Is also the best physician I've had in terms of explaining things. That takes extra time on her part, and I greatly appreciate that. Your scale only goes from 1-10 but Dr Deborah is an 11. :-)

Easy switching to Dr. Debra from my long time HCP when they retired. My whole family sees her now and we love her.

That was my first time meeting Dr. Deborah. She was short with her words and not very kind. I left the appointment feeling bad. I would not see her again if given a choice.

This was my first appointment to establish care. Dr. Deborah is fantastic, it's been a long time since I've had such a great dr. She listened, cared and knew my medical history. My only is the 6 month wait to establish care. I was In the bridge and made this appointment in September! That's too long to not have a dr. You need to do better with that!
