Dr. Deborah really cares and is the best doctor that I have ever had.

While I had to wait a bit due to some other issues experienced (I was kept updated that there was a delay). Doctor has been great, very knowledgeable, listens and willing to root cause issues reported.

Dr. Debrah is very efficient and thorough during my visits. She is very patient in explaining the details of my situation and what medicines I can take to improve my condition. She is an exemplary doctor and a very kind person. I am fortunate to be in her care.

I'm going through a rough time but it's not my providers fault. She tries to help me with advice and reminds me to take care of myself first!

Dr. Debrah was very professional and polite, listened to my concerns and was generally very easy to get along with. I enjoyed meeting her and feel good about her being my primary care doctor in the future.

Short wait time getting into exam room, The staff was very welcoming and took notes on my concerns. My doctor took the time to explain everything fully. I had a good visitthank you!

Dr Debrah is very nice. She helped me calm down about the pain in having, letting know it's something that can be fixed with PT by the end of our conversation. I did just come from that appt, Dr. D was right about the source of the pain. Now I have to do some work to get things back to normal.

The referrals sometimes take a long time in relative terms. I wish there was a bit more hands on care, ie., listen to my heart, check my ears. Machines replace touch. That being said, I do like Dr Debrah and respect her.

She has been nothing but compassionate, especially when I was going through something traumatic.

This was a very productive and helpful visit. Dr. Debrah is a knowledgible and compassionate physician. I feel like she knows me and what my needs are. I've recommended her to my family members.

Dr. Debrah and her staff are wonderful care providers. I feel like they listen to me and work with me.

I don't know if my provider has an unmanageable caseload and if she does maybe that would explain her lack of empathy, or knowledge about me as a patient. But I don't feel I'm cared for the way had been accustomed to with my former primary care doc. She doesn't follow-up with me on tests until I push for an answer, was extremely late for my appointment and wasn't prepared to talk with me. She seems disinterested or indifferent at times. These are not qualities I would expect from my primary care physician.

My experience was better than expected. Very pleased with my latest medical experience.

Our appointment was not what Dr. Debrah thought it was going to be. She is understood our concerns quickly and spent an unexpectedly long time with us to make sure we were comfortable with what she was saying/doing

I needed to wait for 2 mos. To be seen about a mental health topic. It was 'a push' to go that long. Really like MDs approach and action plans. Good team In general. I refer folks here often. Wish they had a full lab, and after hrs. Phone line, as the waiting can be very long to connect.

I was in crisis and she was very caring and reassuring.

My provider was prompt in making sure I had the proper care and appointment right away and received medication to help me heal as well as a referral for a follow up with the correct provider in the future.

Dr Debra is always so very attentive , listens and we have great conversations. She is so kind, encouraging and knowledgeable. I've not had any bad experiences with her at all.

I am so grateful for the incredible care I received at Providence Progress Ridge. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and treated with patience, kindness and compassion. The front desk folks are always stellar, they are so cheerful yet calming, I don't know how they do it. My nurse immediately noticed my anxiety and treated me like a friend, not a problem patient. My doctor was phenomenal, she was the most patient, empathetic person, and her communication skills were amazing. I got my IUD out and a new one put in, and that HURTS. She was so careful and caring, giving me breaks when I needed them, distracting me with conversation when I asked, and keeping me informed (but only when I wanted to know). She Is an amazing healthcare provider and this location is very lucky to have her. The absolute angel of a nurse brought me heating packs almost instantly when we asked for them, and was so caring when she checked on me after the procedure. I can't say I enjoyed the visit, because OUCH, but, I can say that the women at Providence Progress Ridge are amazing and I appreciate them very, very much. Thank you all for helping me have the best experience possible.

Doctor Debrah and team - I am very grateful for the medical care and diagnosis and needed advice that saved my life.

Love the Progress Ridge clinic and my care team. Appointments can be far out, but that isn't the provider's fault. My virtual appt was outside normal hours and I think that is my provider's attempt to get to people timely, which I think shows commitment. I'm very sad the PT is leaving this location.
