I have no problems or complaints with this practice or any of its providers or employees.

I am thankful my PCP found a wonderful physician to fill in for her while she is on leave and I look forward to getting to know him until she is back.

He seemed genuinely interested in helping me & was very attentive to my questions & comments .

Everything went smooth and normal.

Phat was absolutely wonderful. I love the two women at the front desk!The fellow collecting urine sample was a total sweetie

All experiences have been great, except for an MRI appt, that got pushed out 2.5 months.

The care provider is awesome. However, making an appointment is very difficult. I usually try MyChart first, but it always comes up with nothing to offer. Then I call the office and am put in a queue that asks me to allow a call back! There are times when the callback comes and I'm unavailable to take the call. So I have to start the process all over again! This is not how patients should be treated. The online situation needs to be fixed or overhauled. The constant calls going into que are also, frustrating. This is the only fault I have with this clinic. I love my providers, that's the only reason I put up with this.

Everything went pretty well. It would be nice to have more explanation on the test results along with Dr recommendations as I read the My Chart a few items were somewhat difficult to understand completely

Everyone there is so kind and informative and I really appreciated having my blood sample taken at my appointment and not having to drive to Oregon city.

I was pleased to get a virtual appointment within a few days of my call rather than waiting for the following week for an in-person appointment. I was experiencing anxiety and needed to talk to someone as soon as possible. This worked and a prescription was sent.

A great deal of time and attention was provided by Phat; although we have not yet met te Dr. He works with.

I was experiencing pain in my upper left lung when coughing, Hot and cold temperature swings.I have COPD and have been treated with antibiotics in the past. I was concerned I was on the way to a lung Infection. I was able to call this office and was seen in a day.I am very happy this office and staff. My Care Team is always available using MyChart.

What Tran is an exceptional combination of medical provider and advocate. He listens and provides excellent input to patient care allowing me to feel like I am participating in my own outcome.

He always address is my concerns and gives me solid medical advice.
