Other than a longer-than-expected wait time in the exam room (20-25 minutes?) no complaints. To a person, the staff was helpful, personable and professional. And Dr. Hoffman answered any/all questions I had. I appreciate his expertise.

I've been happy with the care I've received from Providence since 2008. I like Dr. Hoffman a lot -- in fact, I followed him to Providence when the clinic where he previously worked closed. He seems to really listen (sometimes surprising me with details he remembers!) and is comfortable to talk with. When appropriate, he hasn't hesitated to refer me to someone he believes can better deal with a particular problem. When my sister needed to find a new doctor I recommended Dr. Hoffman, and she has now also been a patient of his for several years. All of the other staff I've encountered there have been friendly, seemed to be good at their jobs, and have done their best to make me feel comfortable. I can't recall ever being happier with medical services than I've been during my 17 years at Providence.
