Caitlin helped me with more than I expected and educated me about my health issues I'd never heard previously

My visit with Caitlin was exceptional. I had been seen for the same issue 2 months prior and the difference in care was amazing. She listened to all my concerns and genuinely made me feel listened to and cared for. Her follow up regarding lab test results has also been great. I was ready to leave this practice after my June visit but I will be staying and seeing Caitlin as my regular provider from now on

Dr Mwanga was one of the best Experiences I've had in a medical office.She was very knowledgeable regarding my issue and healed it within 3 days of prescribed treatment.I went to 2 Urgent cares and a specialist and she was the only one who provided a solution! Caitlin was the best provider! She was knowledgeable, efficient and kind.

This was for a pre-op clearance and follow up on elevated blood pressure issue-seeing a PA instead of the primary care doctor was fine with me and Caitlin provided excellent care-good communication skills, where there was missing information in my records, she offered constructive options for getting that information and conducted a respectful and thorough exam.

I felt like I was really listened to and got great understanding and information from this appointment.

I don't as very impressed with her knowledge of my medicines and their interactions and her suggestions for my health. I liked her a lot!

Caitlin was engaging, straight forward and welll informed as a PA. I trust her judgement and recommendations for better health.She recommended losing weight and eating less processed foods for better health. I'm trying to do that.

Provider is impatient, has an attitude, and doesn't listen

Caitlin is wonderful to work with and she is attentive to details. I wanted to get in earlier but she is popular and I could only come in when I am not teaching. Caitlin is a good experience and worth the somewhat sluggish support staff. I wish they seemed happier at Providence as people are there for their health and we are nervous about it at times.

Caitlin Mwanga was excellent. She took detailed notes on our conversation and she referred me for MRI and pain management.

She took her time and let me explain things. I tend to get too wordy sometimes I felt like she really listened and cared.

When necessary I can get in, but they are full so routine appointments can take time to find an opening as soon as I would like, but they are very good about responding to My Chart questions which I appreciate very much.
