Mackenzie K. Lamb, PAC

This was the first time I met Mackenzie K. Lamb and it felt like I've known her for years. She was very attentive and informative and was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I am glad I ccan see her for future appointments.

Any answer that I have that is not a 10 or most excellent everything is because it didn't apply in this instance. I love the Providence Mercantile!

Provider spoke with a mask on. It was difficult to understand/ hear her. Had to ask her to repeat multiple times. Provider would benefit from empathic listening skills. Best prescription to write.
