Grant Joliffe is one of the best providers I have had the privilege to see. Not only is he attentive, but he listens empathetically, and if he is uncertain about a question, he asks. Most importantly, Grant follows through and follows up. What an extraordinary addition to the medical community. I am honored to be a patient of his, and the standard of care should be the kind of expertise, professionalism, and support that Grant Joliffe dispenses to his patients. I was assigned to Grant Jolliffe when all my previous providers retired all at once. That itself was difficult. However, Grant is very nice and compassionate. He listens and cares about my well being. He is easy to talk to. He has a calming influence is what I need. He delivers results with kindness and firmness and no harshness. Grant is an amazing provider. He listens with intent to understand, he allows me ample time for talking, he does not interrupt me, and he is a true partner in my care by collaborating with me on my treatment plan. I do find it frustrating that Grant has been late to every appointment I've had with him...for my recent video visit he joined about 30 minutes past my appointment time. While this is frustrating and inconvenient, I will continue to see Grant because the quality of care he provides is worth the wait and frustration.

Most Doctors and nurse practitioners have lost the ability or just don't have the time to spend with patients and hear out their concerns but Doc Grant makes the time. As a survivor of childhood abuse, I unfortunately have major trust issues with anyone in an authority-type position, Including medical providers. It typically takes me a long time to trust people. Grant has always been welcoming and makes me feel safe. He actually listens and is non-judgmental. He lets me drive my care and makes suggestions as to options, respectfully. I always feel like I'm in control. He is professional, a great clinician and most importantly for me, practices trauma-informed care. Before I became a patient of Grant's, I didn't engage consistently with Primary Care because I couldn't find anyone who was a good fit or who I thought actually saw me as a person and listened to my story.
