Grant takes the time to listen and doesnt rush my visit. He asks questions and cares about well being. I feel very comfortable with him and like the fact that he is open to holistic approaches that I prefer and does not push pharmaceutical drugs if that is not what I want.

My provider, Grant Jolliffe, is excellent, however I usually go to your urgent care clinic if I have a problem because he is extraordinarily busy. That is why I do not suggest that others attempt to see him!

There is nothing negative to state, Grant and the staff at Hillcrest are wonderful and proactive as well in staying on top of scheduling needed procedures such as colonoscopy, bloodwork and so on

I was assigned to Grant Jolliffe when all my previous providers retired all at once. That itself was difficult. However, Grant is very nice and compassionate. He listens and cares about my well being. He is easy to talk to. He has a calming influence is what I need. He delivers results with kindness and firmness and no harshness. I look forward to seeing him in years to come!

Grant is an amazing provider. He listens with intent to understand, he allows me ample time for talking, he does not interrupt me, and he is a true partner in my care by collaborating with me on my treatment plan. I do find it frustrating that Grant has been late to every appointment I've had with him...for my recent video visit he joined about 30 minutes past my appointment time. While this is frustrating and inconvenient, I will continue to see Grant because the quality of care he provides is worth the wait and frustration.

Doc Grant seems to do his homework before seeing a patient and remember what we talked about months ago and seems genuinely interested in the health and well being of myself and my wife. Doc Grant has a great 'Beside manner" of actually listening and working through our health issues and concerns in an easy to understand way. Most Doctors and nurse practitioners have lost the ability or just don't have the time to spend with patients and hear out their concerns but Doc Grant makes the time.
