I was very lucky to have an urgent appointment with P.A J Ross.for continue coughing due to a viral infection. After the weekend before I was at Providence urgent care. I was assisted to the waiting room as soon as I was done with registration. Mr. Ross listened to my symptoms and gave me the right medication. Thank you

He called as soon as my test results were received, within minutes of my receiving the notification. He's a very good listener and expressed concern for me. I feel like he is a good health provider and has an excellent bedside manner.

I appreciate the genuine concern and the way Jeremy treats me. He shows concern and determination in figuring out how to best treat my symptoms.

When I called for my appointment I was contacted at a later date with a very helpful question and they were so friendly. Comforting to know that I can contact them at any time and they are available.
