I have seen my primary Dr. Once in the past year and am usually seen by a PA. That doesn't seem right to me. The PA has been very responsive so I guess I'm lucky

Care is always provided quickly, appointments can be fast to set up. Instructions are easy to follow. Overall a very good experience.

The dr. Was very nice and explained things very well. His assistant was also very nice and treated me kindly.

This was a last-minute appointment for an illness, and I was very fortunate to be able to be seen on the same day that I called. The provider gave me good care and explained everything.

I really liked Mr. Duval. Actually prefer him to my regular doctor. He was wonderful! Smart, concerned and definitely knew what he was doing.

Great experience! I have no feedback on improvements at this time. All of my appointments so far have been respectful of my age, health status and decisions regarding my care. I especially appreciate the validation I get regarding my lifestyle and positive health improvements. So far, all medical professionals with whom I've had contact have greatly eased the anxiety I have around healthcare appointments and unfamiliar situations.

It does take a bit to get an appointment, however my needs were not of an urgent matter. I've always had positive experiences with Priovidence other than a year or so ago had to go to ER and had to wait in waiting room a terribly long time, but once called to back I had exceptional care .
