The team called me two times after my call to them on explanation of my medical check/measurements in China and they understood the rationale I was insisting on using another medicine to control Cholesterol level.

I am 81 yr old and over my life time I have seen a number of doctors & medical care facilities. The set up at this clinic appears to meet your needs as far as the number of required personnel to fit the patient population. I did read about how the clinic is organized with trainee assistants doing the patient contact tasks with more experienced personnel conferring in the background. Overall this may get the job doneBut I am old enough to have experienced having a completely competent Doctor's attention face to face. Your way of providing care may be the way of the future. I appreciate the care & attention I received from your team

I needed followup after a visit to the emergency room in Redmond OR. Rebekah was very attentive, double checked the ER notes, asked me questions and we discussed things going forward. She also took time to chat with me about my all around life activities. I come all the way from Redmond to see Rebekah because I like her, trust her and am very comfortable with her.
