I felt treated like "just another person " by the receptionist & CMA. Not very friendly, Dr Walker was friendly & personable. I was very glad when he actually showed my husband & myself the x-ray. The ED did not do that! Some Dr's have this "God" complex but Dr Walker did not! He listened and referred me to an Orthopedic surgeon because he knew my broken clavicle was not something he knew a lot about:

Dr. Walker wasn't just professional, he really cared About my issues. And above everything else, he listened! I've had doctors many years ago who simply did not listen, but I have been impressed by my last three doctors with Providence..

The doctor was new for me and I felt very comfortable with him as I am used to a woman physician. He took a great amount of time with me. I did recommend him to me friends.

My provider offered alternatives for medication to help a persistent/resistant issue I have. He listened carefully to my concerns. He did not dismiss issues I have that are uncommon.

This is the first appointment that I got to meet my doctor assigned to me in over two years. Tyler is amazing and I would do whatever was needed to keep and support him. In the last two years I had blood work that the results were not good and now response from the previous doctor assigned to me or Providence. I had to go to a health clinic out of pocket for help.

My care provider experience was excellent. I had issues scheduling my bone density appt.in October as there were no appointments until Feb. 2026 which exceeded the prescribed one year expiration date. The appointment couldn't be scheduled. Please revisit a better process under these circumstances

This was my first visit/intake with Dr. Walker. After a season of provider turnover(s) and difficulty getting any appointment with an MD to establish care, I had become resigned to a factory-like healthcare experience. Dr. Walker changed my perspective. He was kind, professional, informed, and attentive to me as a person. I am grateful for his presence at Providence and hopeful about better healthcare for me and my family.

First appontment with Dr. Walker who will be my main provider. Very nice man and obviously very knowlegable. So happy to have my own doctor at last.

I very much felt heard. I am not sure what is going on with my health right now and all the tests order came out showing everything is ok. However I don't feel ok and haven't for about 2 months. Dr. Walker and his assistant (and honestly all the providers who I have talked to ) have validated my concerns and made me feel ok for pushing to get this figured out. I just met and got Dr. Walker as my primary and feel lucky that I got assigned to him.

There is no continuity of care. It is incredibly difficult to address multiple health issues whether you have them or not. Just not enough time

Dr. Walker was very thorough and explained things in terms I totally understood. I felt he took all the time needed to figure out what was needed. I was fine with his recommendations for this current issue. I appreciate good doctors that seem to really care!
