Doctor Mitchell is the best. Cascade family practice is the best.

Dr. Mitchell informed me that she is retiring in October...I will miss her and I hope the new providers being brought to the practice will be a good fit for me. It's always stressful to get a new provider. Dr. Mitchell has been a wonderful, caring doctor.

Dr. Mitchell was interested and noted my current cold and health condition. The prescriptions have been helpful. I was also wanting to complete my yearly check-up, but she realistically rescheduled it for July '26. This will be good follow-up specific to checking in about the four week cold conclusion.

Dr. Mitchell is very good. She was able to schedule back to back appointments for myself and my husband. She definitely took time to answer questions

I need a provider who will encourage me to make good health choices

Dr Mitchell was a bit flip and dismissive. She was definitely rushed and short on time and that came across as well. She didn't really appreciate my serious concerns and I felt she was not really hearing me out fully. She didn't even do the things we did agree she was going to do. I had to call back the office multiple times.

Dr. Mitchell is an absolutely wonderful doctor!

I visited by video with Dr Mitchell regarding unsuccessful outcome of spinal shots given by a new provider, and was given super helpful support and a structured plan to deal with the side effects and hopefully get past them. I had immediate relief with pain control and sleep by following this plan. Dr Mitchell was as always so very helpful and supportive - and very solution-focused.

WShe's warm and caring. She gave me important test orders, e.g. Hip x-rays. She gave me referrals to an orthopedist as well as an ENT specialist to address serious health problems I have been having.

Dr. Mitchell treated me with respect and empathy; I felt that she was willing to take all the time necessary to help me with my concerns and ensure the I understood next steps.

Dr Mitchel is patient and caring. She never seems rushed and always answer my questions. I trust her and feel that she cares about me and my health. Definitely would recommend her!

I found Dr. Mitchell's approach somewhat dismissive, with limited engagement in problem-solving. The tone of the interaction felt tense and less open than expected, which made it challenging to have a productive exchange. Healthcare professionals have a responsibility to create a supportive and respectful environment for patients. Her dismissive manner detracted from productive dialogue and did not align with the standard of care patients deserve.

Dr. Mitchell is easy to talk to, but it helps that I have known her a long time so we can easily pick up every time I have an appt.

The office staff were very welcoming and Dr. Mitchell was very kind.

Dr. Mitchell always seeks to find new ways to help me, and this time she had me try an anti-inflammatory that lasts 24hrs, rather than using ibuprofen intermittently. I'm really pleased with this new medication and have followed her direction to always take it with dinner. She's a pro as in super professional, very experienced, along with being creative, sympathetic, kind and able to track and remember my medical issues in all their complexity. Please don't let her move or retire (yet) !! Thank you.

Dr. Mitchell has an incredible memory for tracking the multiple diagnoses and meds I take for them. This visit pertained to a change in my neuropathy for the worse, noted while on a trip overseas. She quickly understood my symptoms and concerns and helped me take the next steps to see a neurologist, along with trying out an additional dose of nortriptyline, which has helped me sleep.

Dr. Mitchell always listens to my questions and does a great job. I'm so glad she is my care provider.
