Dr. Urbanc is a fantastic doctor. One of the few that I feel like has really listened to my concerns. If there's one thing I COULD be critical about, it's the referrals. It took a week and a half before I heard about the dermatology referral going through and I still have yet to here about Urology.

My primary care provider in this physician group is often not available due to commitments related to the military. My next most prefered provider is Anna Urbanc, the PA that I saw on the date this survey relates to. Anna is extremely capable, friendly and approachable, so I am never disappointed when I see her. And, I like getting a woman's perspective on my health care, as she is the only female practitioner I currently see. She could easily become my #1 preferred provider.

I appreciate that she talks with you and helps you understand her train of thought, explaining clearly what she Is thinking and why. I had the choice of three people I could have seen that day and when I saw she was one of the three, my choice was made instantly. She treats me with respect and as a partner in my healthcare. She also had me on the right track within 24 hours of her examination and in the correct place with the exact test needed to confirm her hunch given my health and the extenuating circumstances. PC-A Anna is terrific as a PA-C and a delightful and compassionate soul.
