About Briana M. London
Briana Hougum, PA-C, says she decided to become a physician assistant after working in the field of physical therapy. "It inspired me to help patients address the things that limit their rehabilitation," she says. Due to this background, Briana enjoys developing individual exercise plans to address musculoskeletal issues or to initiate and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Her philosophy of care is to form partnerships with her patients and work toward their health goals with an individualized approach. "My most important role as a provider is to be a partner in care who patients can trust," she says. "I emphasize a safe atmosphere with open communication."
Briana earned her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Integrative Biology and Physiology from University of California, Los Angeles.
Originally from Northern California, Briana's hobbies include running (she loves Forest Park), cycling and skiing.

I was trying to see my primary care for a routine visit. I haven't been able to see her for several years because her schedule is so packed. I finally had an appointment that had been scheduled 6 months prior but she was sick that day and the appointment was canceled. The next available appointment was 3 months out so I decided to see a PA in the practice. She was wonderful! Very kind and patient. She asked good questions and was a good listener. She was very thorough and followed through quickly with everything she said she would do. I will be making all future appointments with her now.
