About Bridget M. Meade-Sentosun
In her career, Bridget has shifted from the broad lens of public policy research to the more individually focused field of medicine. “I made the transition to medicine,” she says, “so that I could collaborate more closely with individuals in improving their health and welfare.”
Before joining Providence Medical Group, she practiced addiction medicine. Three areas of emphasis in her practice today are health education, mental health, and caring for the underserved. “I advocate for patient-centered care, which respects the goals, lifestyles and priorities that shape a patient’s health care journey,” she says. “My aim is to treat all patients with respect, dignity and compassion, as if they were members of my own family.”
A graduate of Vassar College in New York, Bridget completed her physician assistant training at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Penn. She also holds a master’s degree in social policy from the University of Bremen in Germany.
Having lived both in Europe and on the East Coast, she is happy to be settled in the Pacific Northwest. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, camping, visiting the library, and relaxing with her family.
