Caitlin Simons, FNP

I am a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in medical forensic care. I completed my Master of Nursing at Yale School of Nursing and have previous clinical experience in rural primary care, adolescent health, and orthopedic trauma. I also hold certification as a sexual assault nurse examiner and have extensive training in caring for patients who have experienced sexual assault, strangulation, intimate partner or domestic violence, trafficking, and other forms of abuse and neglect. My goal is to provide compassionate, and patient centered care that not only addresses the immediate health needs of my patients but also supports long term healing. I strive to provide a safe and supportive clinical experience where patients are believed, validated, and supported.
