My caretaker was very focused on reviewing my health and former health records as a new patient.

Dr Kim is a kind and polite doctor, and seems to be listening to my concerns. His office is further from me than other clinics, but I'm happy to travel to see him.

Dr. Kim is great. He cares and listens to my needs. I communicate with my care team through My chart and it's very convenient.

Dr Kim is no frills professional that directs his patience to specialists for out of ordinary health concerns. As a primary care physician should.

He was late when he first came in, this was my first appointment with him he did not establish a relationship as I was his first time patient.. The first question he asked me when he got in the room and went straight to the monitor looked at me and asked what happened.. He didn't read my history before coming in and knew nothing about me as this was my first appointment with him as pcp.. I will definitely like to change him in future to anyother pcp in the Bethany providence clinic.. He showed no interest.. I was thr one that kept asking questions..

The provider was very business like and could have been a bit more personable. I felt a little anonymous and a little rushed. Not terrible, just a sense of efficiency over patient customer satisfaction.

I love doctor Christopher Kim, he is very kind and always interested in my health issues. He is always available if I have need of something.

I was assisted right away upon arrival at the clinic, got in and saw the Dr very shortly afterwards. Everybody was kind, friendly and attentive as well as respectful. The exam itself was thorough.

Dr. Kim is a new PCP for me, so I'm just getting to know him.

Dr. Kim is extremely efficient without lacking any bedside manner. Always feel my preventative care is not only being listened to and informed but also being promptly addressed with the next steps immediately being taken.

The appointment I will be fully charged for, would have taken 5 minutes with Dr. Kim...had I not prompted him to provide more information. Asking him... "for a patient like me (heart attack last year, blood clots, coming off medication) what guidance or instruction do you have". His answer was not very thought out or helpful. He spent more time looking at the computer than looking at me. I feel like I did not get what I will be paying for and talked to the service desk immediately after the appointment to shift to another male doctor moving forward. Unfortunately, none are currently accepting new patients. I will not be scheduling another appointment with Dr. Kim.

This appt was pretty much a meet'n'greet Dr. Appointment.

This appointment was my first visit with Dr. Kim. My previous PCP retired, and Dr. Kim agreed to accept me into his practice. I am very impressed with his knowledge, expertise, thoroughness, empathy, demeanor, and positive approach. He is actively managing my healthcare requirements. I look forward to continuing this journey with Dr. Kim and his staff.

I have seen this doctor 1x before I feel my health concerns are not heard and he doesn't care not personable at all .

The Doctor was very short and didn't seem to really care. It felt like he just wanted to get me out so he could go to his next patient.

Dr. Kim was very dismissive of my health concerns, it was clear he had no regard for my well being and wanted me out of the clinic as quickly as possible. He never introduced himself or asked how I was doing. When I brought up my health concerns he said "yeah I can put in a consult but everybody has trouble concentrating so you know". He also sent me to wait for blood labs without asking if I had ate in the last 12 hours so I waited for 30 mins to learn I couldn't do the labs because I wasn't fasted. I even asked Dr. Kim if he was sure I could take the labs same day and he confirmed it was okay. All in all, I don't feel that this provider wanted me as a patient, or had any regard for my well being. I won't be recommending him to others that I care for.

Dr Kim seemed very distracted & didn't give us much of his time.

Dr. Kim was attentive to my concerns, ordered medication that has greatly relieved my pain and is following through with tests to get at the cause. I appreciate that!

Healthcare is challenging with a lot of paperwork, denials, and delays. I am thankful for Dr. Kim and his team, they always get me in quickly and help me. Sometimes it is challenging to get medication ordered. I reach out a week prior but still experience delays at times. I have had to come into the office for paperwork an extra time. I feel like the team does the best they can. I am very thankful for their help.

He didn't make eye contact, didn't listen to me, didn't want to answer questions. Seemed irritable, impatient, and rushed. Didn't seem at all interested in my concerns.

During the visit, Dr. Kim seemed agitated and hurried. This is unusual. Usually he is more patient.

All visits with Dr Kim have been positive. He is professional, asks questions about my health and any concerns I have. Gives any needed feedback in a clear and concise manner.

The nurse let me know the provider was running behind. The provider was in a big rush when he came in and didn't look at me much. He didn't ask about my history nor did he say if he had my records. He was very quick to listen my heart and check anything. The provider looked tired and over worked. He did order my labs and give me referral so I give him a plus for at least getting me to the next steps.

I have been a patient of Doctor Kim for nearly six years. Initially, he had a warm and happy demeanor, but over time, he has become more serious and appears somewhat frustrated. It's unfortunate that he seems to have lost some of his charisma, although he remains a good doctor.

Please be more interactive and personal. Patients are human and not just a number in the computer. Earn trust by being friendly and not behaving like a robot.

Dr Kim is an excellent doctor. Usually I get great response and info related to my question thru messages in the MyChart portal - but in this one instance I did not get good info. I had a question about vaccinations and the advice was to make an appointment with Dr Kim. He did not have any new info or treatment to offer me, and the office did not have the simple flu vaccine I needed. It was a wasted appointment for me and for Dr Kim as well.

This was my first time meeting Dr. Kim. He struck me as bright and efficient. Appointment seemed short, though.

No bed side manner!

Lack of communication and follow through by care team on emergent health issues is disappointing and causes more stress.

Bedside manner needs to improve. Need to listen to pt's concern. Needs to review medical record in advance. Overall, improvement is a must!!

He is not our regular provider. I visited him for urgency but unfortunately I didnt get the care that I was expected to receive. He didnt even listen to me and was hurry to explain everything and end the session very quickly. We ( I m with my wife) were very disppointed

Dr Kim is always responsive to mine and my husbands needs. He also responds via my chart too

Dr. Kim helps me navigate all the things that I have to do, PT, tests, consults to specialists, and helps me manage chronic pain. I am very thankful for his knowledge and his help.

I am always treated with respect by Dr. Kim and his staff. They take my concerns seriously, treat me with kindnes and respect and overall provide excellent care.

This was my first visit with Dr Kim. It took 7 months to get to see anyone. Thank god I'm fairly healthy
