Needing to make a change, I was searching for a new primary Dr. After many choices available, I read the reviews for Dr. Chaplain and felt he would be a good fit for myself. After my visit I knew I had made to right choice, a great, great experience and looking forward to working with Dr. Chaplain going forward for my medical needs.

The Lloyd PMG office is great. Everyone is so professional and it is always clean and seems so organized.

During the visit /dr, /chaplain explained that he would be out of the office the next day and that he would discuss my test results in 2 days rather than the normal next day, The next day his colleague had reviewed my test results and made some recommendations. The follow day Dr. Chaplain sent his comments via MyChart.That's an excellent example of caring for your patientsl health care and keeping them informed. GREAT JOB team.

I've been seeing Dr Chaplain for almost 20 years and truly hope he doesn't retire before I expire.

Dr. Chaplain is an exemplary GP in all ways. He is attentive, asks good questions, has a superb and caring disposition, and is extremely knowledgeable and generous with his time and expertise.

Doctor Champlain talked with me plainly and explained everything clearly. My ears both needed cleaning and when irrigation wasn't working he personally picked them clean. They were very plugged.

All good - would have seleted a "10" rating on questions however - I am new to this facility and physician. With that said - I received welcoming , excellent care and woudl highly recommend. Very please I was "assigned" to Dr. Chaplain.

Dr. Chaplin exemplifies both a sensibility for being direct but also I feel like he is my strongest medical advocate. His care team and his office staff share the same courtesy and professionalism. Honestly, I know this seems glowing but that's because this practice deserves a glowing evaluation. I see how everyone is treated in the waiting room, and it, from my view, seems patient, respectful and kind.

Knowing that wait time for appointments for annual appt is very long these days I will still mention that 3 months out for appointments (unless urgent) is something I need to get use to. Otherwise I am very satisfied with my provided care
