She treats our appointment as if there are no clocks in the world, that she just wants to hear what's bothering me and come up with a plan to remedy it. I thought I'd have to see a specialist dermatologist for a peripheral issue, but she went ahead and dealt with that, too. She's the best!

I love, love, love the care and expertise from Dr. Parilla and her kind, knowledgable office & clinical staff. Dr. Parilla didn't ask about results of SI joint injections, but that's understandable because I had brought up pain in my RT shoulder. She was respectful of my wishes to see how the pain faired in the next few weeks before I made any decisions on how to proceed with it.

Dr. Parilla was excellent-it was a first meeting and she covered all relevant concerns.

This was a new doctor. Our wonderful doctor of 15 years retired, and we were assigned a doctor who arrived months later for primary care. He was not a good fit for me, my husband, and my daughters which we requested a change but were unable to be made for many months. By chance, we called in sick and Jackline was the doctor I could see. I requested if she would take me, my husband, and my daughters as a primary in the future, which she agreed to. We hope to get dates for new patient appointments.
