It took 2 phone calls and a very long time of being on hold (more than 30 minutes) to get ahold of someone to begin the new patient process, but once that part was done, everything else has gone great.

It took forever to get an appointment. I have a complex medical condition and it took way too long to get an appointment. I still don't have a treatment plan. It's extremely distressing. Kelsey was amazing and I really appreciated her care.
