Lauri J. Winther, MS, RN, FNP-C

As a palliative care provider, Lauri is interested in the care and support of the patient and their significant support system. This includes how to optimize daily quality of life that is important to them. Particular attention will be to assist with on-going symptom management and adjustments as needed for physical, emotional and psychological stressors. This may include referrals to dietitians, counselors and/or home health services from nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy and social work if the patient and family are interested and think that it would be of benefit to them.

Lauri is married. She enjoys spending weekly time with family, friends, studying languages, other cultures, traveling, music and dance. She starts most days at the gym or outside walking.
