Dr. Simpson was very efficient and also kind. I wish primary care doctors understood m9re about psychiatric medications because it is such a huge focus of my care, but Dr. Simpson helped me with understanding what my insurance would cover in terms of weight loss medications.

Mackenna was the best she answered more questions about my condition than any doctor.

I have always had a good experience with this care provider. Although she is not my PC, I always request to be seen by her because of her listening skills and willing to go the extra mile to obtain what I need. She is very thorough, in my opinion.

McKenna was outstandingasked lots of questions, answered lots of questions, listened and I felt heardgave clear and explicit instructions along with my chart and printed directives/information.My problem is not with the care provided. It is with scheduling procedures once a diagnosis has been reached which appears to be the problem universally. Insurance appears to tie the hands of both patient and medical staff. The Providence staff has been so greatat all levels. I appreciate the work that you all do. I truly wish appointments for cardiac and MRIs didn't need to be pushed so far out.
