Provider ordered test were deemed not needed, so follow up conversation were not needed.

Dr. Smith listens and then is very thorough in her exams and assessments. She is also clear about instructions (like, NO I cannot take ibuprofen at the level that I was!). I came in with a spasmy back and left feeling reassured that it wasn't the dire condition that I feared it was.

She knew what was wrong right away . I went home feeling 100% better!

This care provider is always available to speak with me via in person or by my chart. Some of this questions did not apply because I wasn't seen within the last three month period. The provider fully understands my health needs since I've been seeing her 10+ years.
