The doctor listened to me carefully and answered my concerns and questions in a very professional manner.

This provider was a PA and my first experience with her was wonderful. She provided me care options and the necessary medication's to help overcome my illness. It's been five days since I've seen her and I'm beginning to feel much better.

My normal provider is out on medical leave. Penny has been wonerderful and better than my assigned provider who Is out on medical leave. She is supportive and answers all my questions. She collaborates with me as a patient rather than tells me how it is like some of the doctors at this office. She is concerned with my needs rather than her own. Over all this practice jas goes down hill. Some of the docs,seem overworked and exhausted.

I have been a patient of this office for many years. I have always been treated with kindness and understanding. I would like it if at least 5 more minutes was added to the visit time allowed per patient.

Very satisfied she answered all my questions she smiled and talked to me so I understood everything just a kind and caring person I wish all doctors were like her who listens to you and then speaks I felt herd
