I came to the urology department very concerned because I had experienced 5 UtIs in a row and because of being on vacation or out of town I only saw this provider twice. Therefore I was afraid something important was being missed in my care. But she only told me the same things she said the other times I had been in there. She didn't seem to be concerned over the amount of times I've gotten this infection. She gave me paperwork and sent me home. I knew all the info she gave me and in fact I have been doing all the instructions. But I felt it was time for someone to really see what's going on and want to get to the bottom of the problem. I was hoping for answers. So I came home frustrated. This provider is very good at her job, taking care of patients who have an UTI but being a chronic patient I felt a closer look was warranted.
