The doctor was able to answer my questions, assuming you're with my conditions and who had seen and not seen. We were able to talk and get a solution. She understood my concerns about my condition and how it would help in solving it. She worked with me and we concluded on what this program should go forth to accomplish those task. Extremely knowledgeable about medications what to do and what would be the best path. It was wonderful to see her and talk with her. It's like sitting down talking to an old friend. Who has more knowledge and considerations and knows what's best. Listen to the discussion takes what I say into consideration and we talk it out. Life is good.

Always a good appointment

My most recent experience was great, I met Amber for the first time face to face. I had had a phone call with her months ago that went well, although I was confused as to why my primary care doctor had not reached out after some labs results I received. I have been concerned that my usual primary care doctor has not been as available as much this past year and I recently found out she is leaving for another clinic. I was surprised that she didn't reach out to me in some way, and I'm assuming her other patients also, to let us know. I truly enjoyed having her as my primary care doctor. After meeting Amber at my most recent appointment, I wonder if she is now my primary care doctor? I would like for that to be true, but would appreciate one of them letting me know what the plan is rather than being in the dark about it. I truly value the relationship that I had with my primary care doctor but I feel I feel that Amber would be a good fit for me. I would like to know who my primary care doctor is at this point. Thank you.

Amber the PA and her Medical Assistant were OUTSTANDING!! Felt like they really cared.

Amber is an excellent provider. I was unable to make an appt with her directly because she did not show up as a provider on MyChart although I have seen her many times in the past. Rather a new FNP who was unknown to me was listed as a provider. I assumed that Amber had changed jobs so I was delighted that I was accidentally scheduled to see her.

Amber Bowell is top notch. We've had a great relationship and she knows me so well. She really cares about me and proves that constantly. I get off track sometimes but she continues to listen with great compassion. She knows what I need and when I'm not doing so well with my blood results or other issues, she still cheerfully has my back and gives me the advice, and stays positive. I love her!!! I will miss her greatly while she is away for 6 months. But she deserves a break and am happy she will be with her number one priority: her husband and kids. Amber is all-around nothing but goodness. Thank you for letting me have a minute to show my appreciation!
