It was great! Easy to talk too and listened very well.

The doctor continuously looked at his watch during our brief call, and spoke in a condescending tone throughout the appointment. Perhaps he could use a timer or place a clock outside of the cameras view to monitor his time. This made me feel rushed unheard and uncomfortable being his patient.

I really appreciated The way that this doctor met me where I was at at the time of needed services and made things so simple for me.

Provider was good, professional, sincere. No complaints! I haven't called Providence for after hours care in a very long time (many years). I was surprised that it wasn't a provider with my regular medical office. However, everyone was professional and skilled, intake person (first call) and RN also. I will followup with primary care but really need to see a rheumatologist, still trying. Very difficult to get appointments in rheumatology (almost impossible) which is true everywhere, not just here.

Dr. Bodmer was an attentive listener and a good communicator. I believe that he understood my health issues and made appropriate recommendations to help alleviate my symptoms.

The medication you prescribed helped me get through the acute phase of my illness and I'm feeling much better now. Thank you for your thoughtful explanations to my questions and for your compassion when I was not at my best.

Provider was EARLY to the appointment and we finished even before the scheduled start time! Amazing!The prescribed medicines were available for pickup within 2 hours 40 minutes of finishing my video visit! Amazing.

Great provider! I felt he listened and was genuinely concerned for my well-being. I also felt he made sure I understood and had everything I needed to help my illness and what to do if I got worse. He knew my history and I didn't have to try and explain so much, I knew he looked at my chart and even though it was my first time seeing this provider I was confident in his knowledge of my history.

He listened very well and understood that I was having back spasms that I had tried to take care of for two weeks. Three days of his treatment worked great and I was able to cook Thanksgiving dinner for my family and have a great time!!! Thank you
