About Conner Hosner
Dr. Hosner is a Primary Care Sports Medicine Physician at Providence Bridgeport Family Medicine who believes movement is one of the best medicines there is. He earned his medical degree from Central Michigan University College of Medicine, completed his family medicine residency at Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins, Colorado, and went on to complete a sports medicine fellowship at Penn Highlands Healthcare in Dubois, Pennsylvania. Dr. Hosner’s approach to care centers on helping people stay active, healthy, and doing the things they love for as long as possible. He practices evidence-based, patient-centered medicine and believes that when patients are given clear, thoughtful information, they are empowered to make the best decisions for their health. He has a special passion for working with active individuals and helping people stay outdoors, moving, and enjoying the activities that bring them joy.
