Heather is always focused on me when I have an appointment and always follows up in between times with email messages when necessary. She treats me as a partner in my healthcare an offers choices for treatment when necessary and then we decide together how to proceed.

Heather is knowledgeable and has a very understanding and compassionate way of communicating.

Heather Adair is compassionate, warm, well-informed, and easy to communicate with on whatever health related topic comes up. I am very grateful to have someone who is genuinely concerned with my role as the patient.

This is not about the visit but the elevator. Could we get more grab bars. For example, all the way around elevator door ? It would really help out us people with canes.. Thank so much

I would not recommend Providence because of the recent news that you are discontinuing service. It's a real shame because I have almost always had a good, positive experience with Providence providers. Please take note that HEATHER is AMAZING and should be taken good care of as an employee. She was thorough, helpful, smart and understanding. I would see Heather as my primary every time if I could and I'm just sick that I may be forced to find new medical insurance options. Everyone at Bridgeport has been top-notch recently. I'm sure they are working under stress of the unknown and getting questions from patients constantly. I went through some work re-orgs, shake-ups and changes when I was working. They are not easy to navigate and maintain professionalism, positivity and quality work throughout. Please solve this quickly and put patients and providers first. Their quality and our commitment to them will take care of the rest. People must come first over profits. So many have come to rely on Providence in the NW. I am hopeful (but doubtful) that you will sort things out and remain a favorite neighborhood resource for so many people. Take the stress away. KEEP HEATHER and staff - they really are terrific.

Heather Adair is everything you could ask for in a provider. I am going through one of the darkest times in my life in regard to my health, and she has been such a blessing. She advocates for me, thinks outside the box, and does everything needed in a timely manner. She never makes me feel like a burden.

I've has Heather Adair as my medical care provider for years, she is very familiar with my health and health needs and is able to work with me on my medical conditions and where I need improvements. She is very knowledgeable about the specialist I may need for my medical needs. Such as referrals for surgery, or other needs. Everyone should have one primary care that is familiar with you as a person and your medical needs, Heather Adair is a mixture of being personable and professional with how she works together with me.

The care teams in this case especially Heather was great. She is super detailed, caring, and personable. If had any thing bad to say about providence health care it would just be there doesn't seem to be enough medical staff and or certain people or overloaded. It can sometimes be a few weeks to before any appointment slots are open for a specific Doctor or PA.
