About Dr.Hwu- was very kind and thorough and clear. He gave me a shoulder injection and my pain has improved significantly since then. I appreciate that he reviewed my chart ahead of time and reached out to me before the appt. Was able to do imaging before procedure which I found reassuring.About the call center-- I had an acute issue that required a procedure, mychart next appt 3 months out, I called and was offered an appt one over month out, I felt like it didn't occur to the call center that I could see someone not my own pcp for my issue and I had to ask directly and do a lot of self-advocacy. I am a physician, I don't know that other patients would have been able to get an appt so quickly. I probably would have suffered a lot longer. Everyone was nice on phone, just didn't seem to know how to help me navigate the system.

Often difficult to get a timely appointment with my Dr.

Very knowledgeable and kind when doing a detailed exam of knees. Really felt heard and supportive in my plan of care.

Solid doctor.

He brought up on Amazon a picture of the knee brace he wanted me to use. It was cheaper to order it there than to purchase it at a medical supply store.

I feel confident with my health team at Providence. They are well trained and I am thankful for them.

Everyone was friendly and made me feel comfortable.

Dr Wu is a great resource and I feel fortunate to have him on my team. He is resourceful, attentive, kind, and concerned for my health. He can access my information from my several providers and give me great gp service. I always recommend him to others. Providence is fortunate to have him onboard!

The Dr and staff were great. Getting the X-ray at the same facility was very convenient. Making the initial appointment with PCP was very difficult. Hopefully future appointments now that I'm in the system will be easier.

Provider was professional, caring and up to date on the latest medical innovations.

I'm happy now that I got in to see Dr. Hwu, the problem is that it took 7 months to get here from becoming a Providence member.

Amazing timeliness and professionalism of provider.

Always treated with respect from both doctor and nurse/aid. Doctor listened to my concerns and gave me good advice. I had an ear irrigation done for wax build-up. Done very professionally. Was greeted well by receptionist.

Dr Hwu was great! Super attentive and made me feel cared for. I am grateful he is also trained in interventions for pain (steroid injections). It was worth the several month wait to get an in person appointment. Thank you for your expertise Dr Hwu!
