This was a new patient appointment Very satisfied with her as my new doctor, she changed a medication that had been causing dizziness, also order blood test to be performed after 2 weeks after the start of taking the new medication

Annalisa Hawthorne was excellent. She gave me the freedom to lead our discussion on several items of concern. She was kindly very patient as I searched through my notes and medical history for the details of interest. I very much appreciated her patience and commitment and care and thoroughness.

I had to get a new PCP. Dr. Hawthorne was very thorough and addressed all of my questions. Due to circumstances out of her control, I waited quite awhile to see her, but she explained and apologized so that was okay.

The physician was very transactional. Felt like the visit was only to 'check the boxes'. I felt no sense she was personally interested in me After scoring my PHQ 9 hi she showed no interest in exploring my history nor showing any empathy. Didn't even ask ' hey what's going on??' Her cursory physical exam, again obviously to check boxes was clinically substandard. I'm looking elsewhere for a physician. I cannnot put my trust In her

We just moved here. We had our first time visit with our new Primary Care Provider. All went well.

I felt heard and cared about and was treated with respect and dignity. I was late due to traffic and was still treated and treated well.

Firstly, Dr. Hawthorne is the best. Secondly, every experience I've had so far with all areas of Providence has been nothing but positive and enjoyable. No complaints from me.

She was a new doctor for me because my doctor left after I saw her for 7 years and Dr. Hawthorn was the worst most inconsiderate doctor I've ever seen. She was 30 minutes late, dismissive and rude. She took some of my medications off my chart completely without a full explanation.She also was very rude when she said my labs didn't look good after the last doctors said they were okay. When I mentioned this she rudely and sarcastically said "Here do you want to see it" as she turned her monitor towards me.

Dr. Hawthorn is my newly assigned physician and it was a pleasure to meet her. She was quite empathetic and open about my medical care.
