The October 7 visit was a follow up after receiving care at the Tanasbourne Providence Urgent/Immediate Care.In creating this questionnaire, I did not see that as an option on the early questions.For the October 7 visit, care was prompt, advice/directions were clear, follow-up referral was immediate.

Positive, knowledgeable and approachable!

I would prefer to get a call regarding results of urine culture. Nobody called me. Additionally, I appreciate having the aftercare summary offer to be printed at the end of the visit. Online version sometimes is not available right away. Additionally, when I called there were no same day appointments available. However, I really appreciated that they were able to get me in the next day. Also, there is a long wait time to schedule for physical exams. Overall, my experience with providers in this office has been really good.

Dr Kim looked into a heart murmur I've had most of my life and with her recommendations an echocardiogram found something in my heart that could easily been life threatening if gone untreated. In just two visits she has helped me focus on getting healthy without the over use of medications at the same time prescribing me medications to help me achieve long term health goals. I feel most fortunate to have her as my primary care physician and believe she has my best interests in mind.

She really seemed to listen and care

The provider seemed to get through the appointment as quickly as possible as she went out of her way to say that she shouldn't have been seeing me as it was scheduled incorrectly. It just felt rushed, and I didn't feel the most heard. She kept telling me to schedule with my primary for more information

Dr. Kim was excellent, and listened to everything I had to say. I felt highly respected and really enjoyed that we were able to talk the entire time, while DAX did her charting it made it a lot easier to just have a human conversation I like that she asked questions about making sure that I was eating well, and getting exercise. She didn't just want me to lead the conversation, she also led it to work with me and check in.

Dr. Kim was her usual professional self. Great physician.

Dr. Kim was able to see me 2 days after I tried to make an appointment (that was better than I had anticipated). She listened to everything I had to say, and was understanding and informative.

My care team is amazing I never feel like they don't care or that I am on my own. Even when things go wrong say with my prescription or having to move location or time of my appointment I never feel like they aren't trying there hardest or giving me the run around they always call me back and let me know what's happening till the problem is resolved!!! I often brag about my providence the app is awesome and so use full having everything at my finger tips
