Jason R. Duval, PAC

I had a good experience and got my questions answered. I had a referral to a physical therapy clinic but they haven't gotten back to me. I will call them this week.

I feel as though my provider showed little to no care for my health issues.

This was a very enjoyable visit. The Doctor did not rush into the room and then seem to be in a hurry to get out to see his next patient, as I have seen with other health care providers at this facility. He knew my medical records and was very pleasant to talk to. I will definitely be willing to see him again if I need another visit.

Frustrating when trying to talk to primary care, but I always get good care.

I am impressed with all of the physicians I have come in contact with. Extremely knowledgeable and most of all give understandable explanations about my physical issues.

I am comfortable being honest to get the best care I can get.

I have seen my primary Dr. Once in the past year and am usually seen by a PA. That doesn't seem right to me. The PA has been very responsive so I guess I'm lucky

Everything went well as planned. Doctor explained in detail very well and easily understood.

Care is always provided quickly, appointments can be fast to set up. Instructions are easy to follow. Overall a very good experience.
