Dr. Mortenson always makes me feel important and provides me excellent care. I have recommended her to anyone who has asked me about their healthcare needs. She attends to my entire family of 7! (All adults) Her professional knowledge and her personality are top notch. Her office staff are very nice and welcoming too.

Dr Mortensen is an amazing physician, her bedside manners are amazing and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a physician. I love that I don't have to wait hours to see her, upon arriving I'm called back within 10minutes. Once back it doesn't take long to have her enter and she does take her time, I never feel rushed! She really is an awesome doctor! Her staff is also very kind and friendly!

Everyone is usually very friendly and even if they are pressed for time, they take the time for legitimate questions and concerns. The wait time is also good.

No referrals were needed. Also office staff helped an older gentleman while I was in the waiting room and they were very patient and helpful to him. Actually everyone I saw in the office was very helpful to all the elder patients that were there.

Thanks for the interest in my recent visit. I have always had outstanding visit with my chosen physician, and the entire office staff. There are some offices you don't receive this type of attention, not at this office! The front desk extended the offer to schedule my appointment for 2027!! Great set for 2027.

They care and help if needed, always nice the patient, friendly place, they divide the waiting room sick on one side and just a regular visit on the other side, I wish more office did this.

I've always had good experiences with Dr. Mortensen. Even with me being a bit lenghty in how I speak, I felt I was heard. The wait times for the appointment were a bit excessive, and also scheduling appointments same month can be a bit rough. But my overall experience is why I highly favor this clinic and Doctor.

The student doctor was excellent, she conveyed all I told her to Dr. Mortensen correctly, and Dr. Mortensen was well aware of my situation when she entered the room. We discussed medication to remedy my condition. Dr. Mortensen said to try it a few days but to call if there was still an issue.
