I was released from the hospital and needed a follow up with my dr on very short notice and they helped figure that out and met my needs perfectly while being very positive and professional throughout!

As always Dr Glidewell is a pleasure to talk with and discuss any medical problems or questions. The appointments are easy to make and the wait time is quick. I've recommended Providence to many of my friends and relations for these reasons.

Joel Glidewell is a very thoughtful and respectful provider. He listens, is informative, and give you the best options for your situation. He lists them in the order of best to least order of treatment. As a 26 year special ops paramedic I have a solid understanding of my needs and Joel knows what to do and provide to meet my needs.

My experience with this provider was pleasant. He was very helpful and responsive to all my questions and concerns and took the time to explain everything clearly.

Thorough appointment

I went in and got the answers to the questions I had and was sent to a referral to another doctor and have a lot of respect for his opinion.

He was thorough and directed me to other care givers who might be able to helpl.

The day I came to the colville clinic the dr I saw wasnt my regular provider. He was knowledgeable he took his time with me I would see him again if my provider was not available. Dr. GLIDWELL was his name

Special, wonderful and amazing

Joel saw me for the first time as my PC provider was not available to see me. He addressed my medical concerns and identified that I had a sinus infection following a bad cold I had had in the fall. He prescribed antibiotics, and instructed me to use a nasal rinse, Flonase and an OTC allergy medicine. I am feeling much better now!

He is caring, listens well, provides excellent treatment and follows up on your treatment to make sure its working. His team is also very involved in your care and treatment. Glidwell was very short, abrupt & curt. I felt rushed and as if I wasn't worth the visit as he said I was "out of compliance" on my visit schedule. When I explained I have no transportation, he shrugged his shoulders and remarked that I had received my medication anyway. He summed up the very brief visit by stating there was nothing else he could do for me. I felt as if I was bothering him and wasting his time, as if I had done something wrong. Never had a visit that felt like this before with him. I left feeling bewildered and embarrassed, without really knowing why. I would like to know If I had done anything to offend Glidewell that caused his attitude toward me. My husband was just as surprised by his demeanor and lack of empathy and rushed visit.

Felt very comfortable and well taken care off like always. Thank you for the excellent service
