No bad experiences, only excellent care and concern for my welfare. After a recent bout of pneumonia a nurse called me at home to make sure I was improving satisfactorily.

Gannon is always helpful is anything I have to say. He listens, understands. He is always helpful!!

Dr Gannon had always been attentive to my concerns.By extension, Dr Obilio reviewed my chart and modified a medication that was causing nightmares.Dr Newbould prescribed hypertension medication, when I could not be seen, due to scheduling, my regular providers. Thank you for your care and concern for my health.

It feels like the providers are rushed between patients and when I schedule an appointment it could be weeks before they're available, my provider has always been the best at his job and I always feel really well taken care of, but it feels like the doctors and medical staff are on an extremely tight time budget. It difficult to summarize everything on the spot in 10 min. Even when I come prepared. With so many people getting burnt out at their jobs, I want the people taking care of me to have a chance to breathe too.

Ability to schedule an appointment online was very convenient. I was able to get in to address a new concern within a few few days. Great access.

Carl Gannon and the whole care team are always willing to work with me on scheduling, any needs I may have, and addressing questions/concerns. I've been seeing them for quite a few years now and wouldn't change. I've always liked coming to Family Medicine for my care and seeing Carl every few months. Thank you.

Mill Creek office is amazing. It's always easy to get everything done and they are flexible with scheduling. My entire family sees doctors and practitioners here including my child. I really appreciate the after hours nurse hotline as our kid has been sick with a few things and it was incredibly helpful to have them to talk to and review symptoms online. Great service and provider!!
