I am very happy with the care I've always received at your ionic. Great docs and nurses, and great staff throughout.It is a challenge to get and appointment. I've had a need for immediate care a few times, and was always referred to the emergency room or and urgent care clinic. After a few experience, if I need immediate care that isn't life threatening, I go to the Overlake clinic, and have had great care there. One time I needed more care and they did what they could and referred me to the ER for further testing and care.
