Provider was friendly and great

I spent a fair amount of time pre-registering for this appointment, answering health history questions. I felt like all we did during my appointment was answer the questions again. It was basically the same info I had already provided. It seemed like she was more interested in entering data into the computer, than sitting down face to face and ask me and how I was doing and feeling. I felt confused and dissatisfied after the appointment. I felt like I had not been seen as an individual and more like a "case." I know that the providers time is limited with patients, and that is why I went through the process of pre-registering, so she would have my history and we could have more of a conversation rather than a data entry session. It was frustrating and felt like a waste of my time! Please do not have the providers shoulder the responsibility of using precious appointment time to enter data. They should spend their time instead speaking with the patient and building a relationship.

This was my first appointment so I don't really know her that well. But so far she seems awesome

Dr. Fernandez was above and beyond patient and thorough about my condition. I have seen many doctors over the years but, her attention to my care in this particular visit, clearly stood out to me. She seems to be a very intelligent, wise and kind practitioner.

This visit was my first to this doctor since I was referred after my longtime doctor left the network. I had a very positive visit and feel like my new doctor is on board with providing me with consultation and positive input on my health care needs.

GOOD: Very friendly, you know she's got your back-- and although a layman isn't really qualified to evaluate a doctor's level of expertise, I think she's one of the most highly knowledgeable PCP's I've ever had.

My provider was extremely supportive and helpful. I was nervous to switch pcp but she made the experience so easy. She listened to what I had to say and offered advice or referrals when needed.

Although the wait time was longer than usual, it was explained, understandably; that there was a patient emergency. And Dr. Fernandez still spent time with me going over all my concerns without me feeling rushed.
