I highly recommend Stephanie as a care physician. She is nice, respectable and listens to what we are going through and works hard to help whether it be her prescribing medication or referring to another doctor that may be able to figure out the concern. I feel she understands me and that I can talk to her about anything.

Dr Santos and this office are really amazing. My only issue is how long it takes to get into see the Doc and how long I had to wait after the visit for my paperwork.

Although I was late for the appointment, even getting there after the grace period, Dr. Santos worked me in and spent a lot of time on my medical issues. She arranged for me to see a pain specialist and addressed all of my health conditions. Great doctor.

Stephanie is a caring provider. I was doing this follow up because of her concerns of me using a medication for acid at 40 mg. Was sent to GI doctor and he put me on different medication and I was able to lower my dose to 20 mg due to a 40 pound weight loss. We forgot to chat about this subject. So sent a message afterwards.

I've seen Dr. Santos for a long time and am very confident she has my best health and well-being at heart and know that she provides me with the best possible care. I'm grateful for her care team who are also a reflection of her professionalism.

Everything is very good and I think Dr Santos is terrific. It's just so hard to get an appointment. Sometimes when I've used the message feature on my chart I feel her staff responds without her input.

This was a new patient visit with Stephanie and I couldn't be happier! My previous Kadlec PCP always seemed to have one hand on the door and the other on her prescription pad, never listening and sometimes rolling their eyes. Stephanie listened, understood my concerns and was open to my thoughts. We spoke the same language. I am so thankful I decided to switch.

I did not have a scheduled appointment, but I fell and needed my shoulder looked at. I called and was able to get in. They made room for me. This is a great place and is better, friendlier and professional than I have ever experienced before.

Stephanie Santos really cares about her patients. I've been a patient of hers for several years. She takes time to thoroughly answer my questions and ensure I'm comfortable with the recommendations provided. She doesn't just give a care plan, she partners with me to build a care plan together. I'm one that wants to be informed and make choices that work for me. She takes adequate time, answers my questions, provides resources and helps however she can to set me up for success. I really appreciate having her as a provider, especially in today's medical environment when practitioners are limited on time with patients. She does a great job at balancing the time limit and making sure I'm cared for as an individual, not just a number.
