Seems like I've already done this survey or one similar. I'll work harder on my comment this time. Dr. Jeon was very helpful and addressed all my concerns. He arranged for me to have a blood test while I was still in the building and I received the results the next morning in MY CHART. He also sent the referrals I need to deal with a vascular problem the next day. He sent a referral for BHI as well... All the next day! Crazy good!

Dr. Jeon is always careful to listen to my concerns and take the time to address them carefully, keeping multiple chronic conditions in mind and how changes in one effect the others. He treats me as a whole person not just any single visits symptoms.

I did not call the office for information. But, I asked for vaccination advice via MyChart. I received a prompt, helpful response.

Dr. Jeon has been my primary provider for several years. He is the reason I remain with this clinic. I appreciate his approach and how he engages with me on my health issues. He is a wonderful provider and I hope he never leaves, but if he does, I will follow!

In my personal experience I trust the opion and guidance I receive from Dr Jeon the best. Dr Jeon is my primary physician however, getting an appointment with him when there is an emergency is very difficult, if not impossible. I have been a patient of Dr Jeon since I moved to WA In 2018 and am surprised that there Is no way to set up an appointment In an emergency.

I've had the same Dr since my first appointment. I am very happy with him and all experiences are positive.

It's always a good visit with Dr. Jeon. Although it was a well check up, he was very helpful in answering some other health related questions.

I have two providers, Cardiologist and regular Doctor. Both are very good to my needs. Except too many patients since usually have to wait 3 months or longer for an appt.

This was my first visit with this provider. I am switching to this provider as my PCP. It took a while to get in as a new patient but I was very satisfied with the visit. Just waiting on a follow up call from the care team but otherwise, very happy.
