Listening and taking good care of my health

My employer recently changed our health insurance plan. Trying to find a new provider and doctor was very difficult and challenging with Providence. Luckily I seem to have found a good PCP in Dr. Dean and am hopeful I will get good care working with her and her team.

Dr. Dean is truly a gem.

I was scheduled with this provider due to the requirement of being seen within 7 days after hospitalization and my regular provider wasn't available within that time frame. Dr. Dean was very thorough!

Dr. Dean is the best the only thing I would say is her medical assistant didn't seem to really pay attention to me and she asked me about eye drops and I have not had any eye drops prescribed to me so I'm not sure of her name but I felt she fell short but Dr. Dean is the best and she explained everything clearly to me and I love her

Dr. Dean is a VERY good provider. One of the best I've ever had and I'm 74 years old. She is attentive, LISTENS, and talks in language I can understand.

Dr.Dean is a physician who listens to your concerns, treats you with respect and dignity, gives information you can easily understand, Explains, and follows up on test results. She also has a plan of action on how to move forward. She is a gift to her patients, and Providence!

Dr Dean provided very timely feedback on all my test results to include interpreting an imaging report on a Sunday so I didn't have to rely on Google.

Dr. Dean is awesome! She listens to my concerns and is very good at explaining options for care. She schedules followup before you leave the exam room when there's something she wants to keep an eye on. She truly cares for her patients and doesn't make your feel like just another number in the scheme of things.

Dr. Dean's care is exceptional and I would make no changes with her at all. Perhaps panel size is too large preventing good access consistent with provider wellness.

Dr Dean is the only doctor I've had who acted like I was an intelligent person, she took all my issues seriously, and she was very easy to talk to. I would suggest though that she assure me she would find out the answer to a question if she didn't know it-these questions did NOT refer to my particular health concerns but were general questions.

Dr. Kathryn Dean Is the best health care provider I've ever had. She is an amazing doctor who listens with empathy and provides care with the upmost courtesy and respect. I bar my insurance coverage on whether or not she is in network because of the care she provides to me.

Dr. Dean and staff are always the best. We've went out of our way to ensure our entire family and care, even with a bit of arrangements with our insurance providers, is at Hawks Prairie Family Practice. It is reassuring as a patient, wife and mother, to know that is our care facility and team!
