About Michelle M. Sullivan
Michelle Sullivan earned her Nursing degree from the University of Washington and her Master's in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA. She is certified as a family nurse practitioner and has been a primary care provider with Providence since 2014. She provides management of primary care needs, chronic health conditions and preventative health care. Her goal is to have a partnership with patients to help improve their health and wellbeing and she strives to treat everyone with individualized compassionate care.
