Excellent patient care from start to finish!!!!

My wife and I are extremely fortunate to have Dr. Balou as our family Doctor. She is the best Doctor the 2 of us have ever had. She has great empathy, which is often lacking in Doctors today who arrange patient visits like an assembly line and have everything down to the minute. Dr. Balou put you at ease and impresses upon you that this IS YOUR time with her. I like that she has asks the right questions before our visits and I have answered them and added any concerns. Thus, our time remains focused on those concerns and any others that may pop up. Extremely professional, what constantly comes through is her caring about my health and how I am doing. You feel it and you know it. Best of all, she has taken the time to review my chart, me, and knows my interests, challenges with my health, and success or set backs in the past year. She connects with her patients in the most professional way to be there to help us. My wife and I feel that the most improved situation in our lives in our move to this area 3 years ago is finding Dr. Balou for all of our health needs. It is truly a blessing to have her as our Doctor.

Dr Ballou is always professional yet kind, caring, and compassionate. She is also a good listener.

This Dr is not my usual provider. I had to take an appointment with her because I could not get to see my normal provider. However this provider did so a great job and addressed all my concerns.

Dr. Ballou is great. She is courteous, respectful, and thorough. I wish it was not so hard to schedule an appointment sooner than 3 months out.

I made my appointment on line but it didn't actually make an appointment so I had to call at the last minute to get in. When I called they made the appointment for the next day. My Provider didn't have an opening, but Dr. Ballou did, so I went to see her. She was great.

I have had the same provider for a number of years and I just am absolutely crazy about her she is one of the sweetest most caring and smartest providers you have and you and I are both so lucky to have her but due to the fact that she is so good I feel she is overworked as it has gotten harder and harder to get appointments sooner with her. I feel like maybe you should hire more good providers so they can share the work so I don't have to wait three months to see her. She is amazing though and truly worth the wait.

Dr Ballou has been my provider from the start she is very good she listens to me we know my health we're working together with it I will always come see her if I need to if I don't need to see her I can text her she will text back I referred a lot of people already to her who are her patients now

Dr Ballou is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. She listens very well and never rushes through the appointment. She always looks for solutions to my concerns, never dismissive at all.

Friendly, courteous, competent.

She was excellent at getting my prescription in at the pharmacy right away, and both accepting why I had run out, and being firm in a kind, caring way, about wanting me to talk to her before changing my dose on my own again in future. She was interested in who I am as a person. I felt proud of myself and happy to meet her, which are the best feelings I could have wished for meeting a new doctor. That's more than trust; it's enjoyment.

Appreciate the help I got from Immediate Care, the ER and my medical team. They figured out my medical problem and took good care of it. Including making sure there was follow-up.

Dr. Ballou is a very professional and considerate person. She always listens to my concerns and addresses them with solutions when she can. I'm very happy with her. I know it's not her fault, but it's very hard to get an appointment within a 3 month timeframe. Over all though she's a great Doctor and professional person.

Dr. Ballou is an exceptional practitioner. I am lucky to have her. Generally, I have been very impressed with providence care, both at this clinic and Hawks Prairie, where I take my dad, as well as at St. Peter's. I have been less impressed with some of the front desk staff people, who I believe could have shown more courtesy and caring.

Was a very professional yet just enough Personal Touch by the triage nurse and the doctor in discussing my concerns and questions regarding my health I appreciate it they looked many eye and answered me with good firm conviction and great knowledge. I left there feeling very informed and supported by the doctor who attended me in the nurse who received me in the front desk who confirmed my appointment.
