I was worried that I was seeing a different provider than my usual provider for my wellness check. But Sarah Kinnard was very respectful, listened to my updates, and answered all my questions. I appreciated her attentiveness to my wellness exam and health concerns/questions. I addition, the assistant was very friendly and attentive. As a person with some anxiety I appreciated this from both persons. Thank you so much.

The care provided was adequate; however; my experience felt disconnected and somewhat impersonal. I left feeling that my concerns were not fully heard or explored. I did not feel the provider was particularly interested in helping me identify solutions that might improve my situation. I would have appreciated greater engagement with my concerns rather than a conversation focused on barriers and reasons why I was not able to receive the treatment I was seeking. I was hoping for a more collaborative conversation but feel like my path forward is unchanged and my concerns were not fully addressed.
