Soledad took time to investigate the specific and special situation I was dealing with - an allergy shot that had potentially been injected into a branch of nerves (at a different office). She came into my appt updated on terms and situations and that showed me she was truly invested in my care.

Solidad Guetearize did an excellent job of listening, explaining and recommending actions for my health. She was knowledgeable and we formed a plan. She actually looked at my skin then recommended a specialists. My other doctor has never checked my skin!! I plan on seeing Solidad regularly from now on!!

Soledad is an empathetic, respectful and caring provider. She answers questions honestly and always follows up with asking me if I have any other questions or issues. As a former healthcare professional myself, I have always felt that ARNPs are much better communicators and listeners without sacrificing patient care quality.

Really good experience. This was my first visit and I unbeatable that she only accepts one new patient a day so there was a longer period getting in to see her than I hoped. She assured me that from now on however it would not be that long of a wait

I had a great experience seeing Soledad Guti?rrez. This was my first pap smear at 21, and she did everything to ensure that I felt comfortable, safe, and heard throughout my time there. She is an excellent communicator and walked me through the entire procedure, and though this was a vulnerable procedure and my first time doing such a thing, it went better than I expected and I felt extremely comfortable and safe in her presence.

Soledad Gutteirez was excellent and knowledgeable. She was kind and considerate. She explained the significance of my blood pressure readings and gave me information on how to take care of myself. She also gave me a home blood pressure monitor to take home and to take with me on my trip to Europe so I can keep track of my readings. I felt that Ms. Gutteirez was concerned about me and I trusted her advice.

The first time I saw ARNP Soledad Gutierrez, her first action, because of my age, she had me tested for diabetes. Found out I had type 2 and had a high A1C. She immediately started a regimen of medication as well as information about better eating and exercise to control my diabetes. Ever since then, my levels have been stable and my A1C has go down. She is constantly checking my levels for any changes. So far, no changes have happened.She was the first doctor to check or even talk to me about diabetes. Not sue what would have happened if she hadn't checked. Thank her for watching out for me.

Soledad was exceptional in pursuing a cause for my symptoms and scheduled enough tests to finally get a diagnosis.

Never had a problem with Solidad or her assistant. I like how there is a discipline to the checkups like blood tests, cholesterol testing, PSA, and other blood chemistry. Providence is head over heels better than my previous doctor, who's yearly exam he just asked me how I was feeling and said goodbye.
